What Antivirus is being used on the machine and does the problem also persist after the Antivirus has been completely deactivated? If a deactivation of the Antivirus is not possible, add the Tableau folders and all Tableau Server processes as an exception to your Antivirus program, as described in the following article of our Online Help site:

((( OR )))

Looking at your system configuration I've found that an Antivirus program is installed and running on Tableau Server. Please note that Antivirus software often causes instability and/or other problems with Tableau Server, especially if the Tableau folders were not fully excluded/whitelisted from the Antivirus.

In order to continue with our troubleshooting, please first confirm if the problem persist after the Antivirus has been completely deactivated (you will need to contact your internal IT security team to perform this). If a deactivation of the Antivirus is not possible, add the Tableau folders and all Tableau Server processes as an exception to your Antivirus program, as described in the following article of our Online Help site:

After the complete deactivation of the Anti-virus please reboot the Windows OS completely for the changes to take effect and inform us about the results.
